A Cape Cod man is facing larceny and tresspassing charges in Wareham after his arrest early Tuesday for allegedly stealing copper.

Police Chief Kevin Walsh tells WBSM News, officers were sent to Pine Lake Drive around 4am on a report of two men stealing copper from a home.

When police arrived, the men ran into some nearby woods.  One of the men was located; 47 year old Allen Parsons of Sagamore Beach.  Some stolen copper was also found.

Parsons was scheduled for arraignment Tuesday in Wareham District Court.  Police are still attempting to locate the second suspect.
