A retired maintenance supervisor for the New Bedford School Department will be summonsed into court next month on drug charges.

Narcotics detectives raided the West End home of 70-year old Antonio Braz on January 2, seizing 389 oxycodone tablets, 74 alprazolam tabs and $38,000 in cash.

Braz was not arrested at that time but was told he would be summonsed into court.

A criminal complaint was issued on Wednesday from New Bedford District Court charging Braz with trafficking oxycodone. His arraignment is set for April 3.
