Ingredients:

1 tablespoon oil

1 pound skinless, boneless chicken, cut into thin slices.

1 clove minced garlic

2 tablespoons soy or teriyaki sauce

2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger - or 1 teaspoon ginger powder

1 3-ounce package chicken flavor Ramen noodle soup

1 one pound bag frozen mixed oriental veggies

1/4 cup of water

Easy to prepare:

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium high heat until hot. Add the chicken stirring frequently, until the pink is gone. Add the frozen vegetables, cover and cook for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the noodles - without the flavoring packet - according to the package directions and drain. Add the soy sauce, garlic, ginger and seasoning packet to the water, mixing well and then, simply pour over the chicken and vegetables in the skillet, and lastly, add your noodles and toss! Ready in a jiffy and the whole family will really enjoy it!
