Police Investigate Reported South End Shooting

New Bedford Police are investigating a reported shooting in the South End.

Det. Captain Steven Vicente tells WBSM News, a 17 year old male walked into St. Luke's Hospital Tuesday afternoon with a gunshot wound to his right foot.

After first not cooperating, the victim told Police he had been shot at Rivet and Orchard Streets.

Police were canvassing the area late Tuesday afternoon, looking for evidence. So far, no arrests have been made.
