Planned Power Outages On Nantucket

Nantucket residents will be experiencing power outages on Tuesday due to a house move.

National Grid says that between 7:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. service disruptions will occur .

The outages will last for approximately one hour.

Affected areas will include: A Skiff Ln., Dennis Dr., Hooper Farm Rd., Nobska Way, Sea Fox Cir., and Trotters Ln.

National Grid says the outages are necessary to ensure the safety of their crews while they are operating equipment.
