Stress at work and home is taking its toll on many moms.

80% of the 1,000 women polled for a new Working Moms Tipping Point Survey say they feel stressed about getting everything done. One in four admits to crying alone at least once a week from the stress of it all.

The Care.com survey offers a few tips for moms to ease the anxiety. It says don't be afraid to ask for and accept help from family members when feeling overwhelmed. It also suggests women stop comparing themselves to others and instead focus on their own accomplishments, no matter how minor. And if push comes to shove, consider hiring help.
