Americans don't have a problem muttering the term when dealing with Canada, France, Sweden, Russia or China. Some will utter a mumble when connecting the dots with local, state or the federal government. I'm talking about socialism. There are numerous elected socialists or social democrats worldwide. The most popular in U.S. politics is Senator Bernie Sanders. Yes, the former trustworthy presidential candidate.

Massachusetts resident don't have to look far to see socialism in action. Start with the healthcare model that President Obama did a copy and paste job and called the Affordable Care Act. The state's glut of subsidized housing is more plentiful than the foreign oil parked off our shore. Our educational system is bloated, centrally planned and stretches from pre-school into college.

You know the slogan "lets call a spade and spade?" Time to call our governments what they've become, socialistic.
