NSTAR Still Recovering Recovering From Blizzard

Most utility customers in the state have had their power restored from last weekend's snowstorm. NSTAR reported only a few hundred customers without power last night, mostly in Marshfield and Plymouth. State officials have said they'll assess the response by the utilities once the restoration process is complete.

State Representative Bill Keating was critical of the energy company earlier this week, accusing them of not providing customers with proper information.
