Many in Massachusetts are still without power, and State Representative Bill Keating is going after NSTAR for not providing customers with valuable information.

Friday  night's storm dropped around 3 feet of snow around Massachusetts, and hundreds of thousands of people were left without power. On the Southcoast, there are still many without power, and haven't had it since Friday night.

According to WCVB, as of Monday afternoon NSTAR reported that there are still a little over 90,000 customers without pwer. National grid reports over 30,000. rep. Keating says that NSTAR needs to do a better job communicating with their customers.

Keating says that many Southeastern Mass. people are frustrated because NSTAR isn't giving them any information as far as when the power will be turned back on. He says that people need an 'end date'.
