New Bedford Resident Describes Surviving Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico [VIDEO]

On Wednesday afternoon, WBSM's Barry Richard spoke with Robert Gardner, a New Bedford resident who is in Puerto Rico and survived Hurricane Maria's devastation.

Gardner, who is in the capital of San Juan on business, described what it was like to endure the storm that ravaged Puerto Rico in this video clip.
