Mitchell Declares Parking Ban Starting At MIdnight

More snow is coming to the South Coast starting tonight.  Mayor Jon Mitchell has announced that New Bedford's Snow Emergency Parking Ban will take effect at midnight tonight.  Here's the City's release:
