Mass. Commission Against Discrimination Chairman Julian Tynes however ruled against Johnson and the Parting Ways Group.  Johnson filed an appeal, and it was heard in early December by Tynes, but no decision has been rendered.

Tynes will be back in New Bedford on Sunday.  He’s the keynote speaker at the Martin Luther King program at the Grace Episcopal Church.
