The family of legendary actor Mickey Rooney is now feuding over where he should be buried.  The "Los Angeles Times" reports a judge ruled yesterday that no one can claim the body from the mortuary until this dispute is resolved.  Rooney's body was taken to Forest Lawn cemetery on Sunday.

In court papers, Michael Augustine, who's serving as the conservator, alleges that Rooney's estranged wife Jan Charmberlin and her son tried to have Forest Lawn remove the body against the actor's expressed wishes.

Chamberlin's attorneys claim Rooney wanted to be interred at a Westlake Village cemetery alongside a plot for her. Rooney died on Sunday in Studio City at the age of 93.

His fortunes had fallen over the years and he   had no money in his trust, and was in debt.  He was also estranged from most of his nine children and separated from his wife.
