Little Big Town released their latest hit "Girl Crush" last year, and they're in the middle of a radio controversy because of it.

Apparently folks weren't too happy that the lyrics suggest two women kissing each other, so they wrote to radio stations to ban it from playlists. However, the song isn't about a lesbian relationship at all. The song is about a woman who is still in love with her ex, but he's found someone new. She is envious of the other woman's status as "his."

After some radio stations complied with listeners, fellow country artists rallied for Little Big town on social media. Huge names like Reba McEntire, Miranda Lambert and Dustin lynch all sport trucker hats that read "Girl Crush" on the front.

The support for LBT's hit is overwhelming. There is no reason for this song to be banned. It's a great tune with a catchy beat, and I dare you to listen to it without getting it stuck in your head!
