The opponents of the wind turbines in Fairhaven are watching closely the ongoing debate over turbines in the town of Falmouth. 

A judge has found health complaints from Falmouth residents were credible, and he ordered changes in the turbines' hours of operation in that town. 

Louise Barteau of Windwise says the Falmouth ruling is important for Fairhaven.  She tell's WBSM's "More Than Just Talk" program, officials in Fairhaven continue to irgnore similar complaints. 

When asked whether Windwise was headed back to court, Barteau dirercted all questions to the group's attorney, Ann Denardis, but she added the debate over wind turbines in Fairhaven is not going away.
