In addition to the announcement of a parking ban in New Bedford ahead of Tuesday’s expected Nor’Easter, the town of Dartmouth is also announcing a parking ban.

The Dartmouth parking ban will be in effect from 6 a.m. Tuesday morning until 6 a.m. Wednesday morning. During the 24 hours of the ban, residents are asked to park on the side of the street opposite the fire hydrant. If there is no fire hydrant, residents are asked to park on the side of the street with even-numbered houses.
