KG Urban Enterprises will not get any more extensions in their bid to build a casino in New Bedford.

That's the word from the Massachusetts Gaming Commission who said the company must submit a list of partners to the commission by 5 p.m. on June 9.

Commission Chair Stephen Crosby tells WBSM's Brian Thomas that while the Commission has been patient, this is the last extension they will grant.

"There will be no more extensions," says Crosby "either KG Urban will give us a fully completed or basically completed set of players in their system, including their financial people, they'll have a signed term sheet with their financial people by five o'clock on June ninth and if they don't, it's over."

Crosby says if they do submit their information on time, then the commission will review their materials and, if approved, they will allow KG Urban to move to next phase of the application process for a Region C Casino License.
