I woke up, turned on a light which generated taxes on utilities, then took a five minute shower which adds to my water bill. I went back to my room and put on deodorant and cologne, which each item is also taxed.

Next, I drove to the gas station and got 20 gallons of fuel of which each gallon is taxed 62 cents. I drove to work which generates 22 percent of my pay to the government.

On the way home I paid a toll, bought a six pack of beer which is taxed and went home to put out my rubbish which is no longer collected through property taxes but at $1 per bag plus $600 per year in an additional check.

Turned on my computer to type this and was reminded of the taxes and fees to the government in my cable/internet bill.

Tomorrow I'll spend $110 for school supplies per child which my taxes no longer pay for.

I would like to go and relax and forget all this stuff. I might have gone fishing and dropped a line in the Atlantic Ocean but I hear there is a fee to the government to do even that now. Democrats local and in D.C. don't think I'm paying enough.
