Widow Of Bomb Suspect, Katherine Russell, Hires Criminal Defense Lawyer
The widow of Boston bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev is hiring a new lawyer with experience representing criminal defendants charged with terrorist acts.
New York-based attorney Joshua Dratel has been added to Katherine Russell's legal team according to a statement yesterday from Russell's current lawyer. Dratel previously defended one of three men convicted in connection with the 1998 bombing of the U.S. Embassy in Kenya, as well as a Brooklyn man convicted in 2011 of conspiracy and supporting terrorism.
