WBSM TV: Congressman Keating with More on Kushner

In his weekly appearance with WBSM's Chris McCarthy, U.S. Congressman William Keating provides some more behind-the-scenes information on Jared Kushner, President Donald Trump's advisor and son-in-law.

Keating discussed the "financial complications" Kushner has brought down upon the administration, such as hosting meetings in the White House with representatives of Apollo Global Management, a private equity firm. Keating says the purpose of the meeting was to discuss Kushner getting a loan from Apollo to cover his over $1 billion in business debts that will come due in the next few months.

Keating also talked about how Kushner and Secretary of State Rex Tillerson have taken opposite stands on dealing with the country of Qatar, and how Kushner's stand on Qatar may be directly influenced by the business dealings of Kushner's father.
