Washington Puts Fiscal Cliff On Hold, Takes A Break

As employers, my wife and I have had applicants first ask about 'smoke breaks', holidays and what day of the week payday is before asking ANYTHING about the job! It may be the new normal, because now the pols and the pres are planning on taking some R & R for the holidays without resolving the fiscal cliff problem!
