Townsquare Sunday: Southcoast Rail

Jean Fox, the Project Manager for the Southcoast Rail Project, joins Jim Phillips on this weekend's Townsquare Sunday Program. Jean will be joining other Dept. of Transportation officials at UMass Dartmouth on Tuesday, March 6th for a public meeting about the commuter rail project. Current plans call for Fall River and New Bedford passengers to connect with the Middleboro line and then on to Boston. Completion date is 2022. The hearing on Tuesday starts at 6:30 pm in the Claire T. Carney Library and will include a review of the environmental impacts of the project. Questions are welcomed.
