Just a day after tying franchise legend John Havlicek's Celtics record for most consecutive games with at least 20 points scored, the latest Boston star, Isaiah Thomas, broke the impressive feat.

With 29 points against the Chicago Bulls, Thomas extended his impressive streak to a franchise-best 41 straight games with at least 20 points.

Unfortunately for the C's and Thomas, the record came in a tough loss, as a questionable late foul call did the Celtics in a 104-103 loss t the Bulls.

Thomas has been absolutely dynamic this season, however, averaging just under 30 points per game and helping to carry the C's to the second best record in the Eastern Conference just days from the All-Star break.
