[THOMAS] Mr. Governor, Keep Your Additional Education Funding

During The Governor's state of the Commonwealth address, he proposed spending a lot of tax dollars on education. Ninety million more on the state's government schools. Let's do the math. $90 M/ 300 School districts = an additional $300,000 Per school district. Gladly the formula doesn't work this way. it's a lot more convoluted. The individual cities and towns should reject this additional funding.
