Dr. Seuss books were a childhood favorite in my house. I distinctly remember requesting Wacky Wednesday for a bedtime story almost every Wednesday night. The Cat in the Hat was another classic that my sister and I adored. Being twins, it was no surprise that Thing One and Thing Two were our favorite characters. We even dressed up as the mischievous duo for Halloween our senior year of high school.

Now I’m wicked excited to find out that an immersive Dr. Seuss exhibit is coming so close to home. The Dr. Seuss Experience kicks off in Toronto on October 26, and will make a stop in Boston after that.

My Instagram is ready. I need to see these nine rooms dedicated to the books I loved as a little kid. They’re even going to add a How the Grinch Stole Christmas room for the holidays.

We don’t yet know when this exhibit will make its way to Boston, or specifically where it will be located, but you can sign up for updates on the exhibit’s website. Keep an eye out for ticket information, too.
