A New Bedford man has been sentenced to life in prison after his conviction on second degree murder and illegal firearm charges in the 2018 Veterans Day shooting of 23-year-old Reynaldo Pena.

Authorities are looking for 30-year old Alexis Silva for the November 11 fatal shooting of Reynaldo Pena.

A 23-year-old New Bedford man was apparently shot to death early Sunday morning in the 800-block of Shawmut Avenue.
