Sometimes I have trouble going to sleep no matter how tired I am, and I've tried practically everything to help me cross over to dreamland. Still, I'm a hopeless night owl!

Working out? It only keys me up more. Counting sheep? After a while those fluffy critters simply start to look like woolen demons who taunt me in the wee hours of the morning. Warm milk? Eh, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. So what's left?

In a recent article from the Huffington Post, Sarah Klein suggested something that I'm going to have to try: stretching! Apparently, there are "a few gentle stretches to help [me] log more shut eye."
