Unique Experiences

You'll easily be able to spend the whole day at Southwick's Zoo as the property offers so much beyond the wildlife.

There are animal encounters (at an additional price) to experience, including one of my favorites, the deer forest.

This fenced-in area boasts 35 acres of open forest for the deer to graze as guests are welcome to feed them.

In addition to offering plenty of sweets and treats throughout the park, Southwick's Zoo has a variety of rides for families to enjoy.

Pony rides and camel rides are available for kids.

The train ride is perfect for all. It takes you through wetlands where more wildlife can be spotted. This is a family favorite of ours.

There's even a zipline, carousel, sky ride and petting zoo.

The Massachusetts resident discount for September 6 and 7 is only valid at the gate.

But throughout this historic district listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places, there are plenty of other stunning things to see.
