A Fairhaven husband and wife were stabbed Monday morning on Washington Street in Fairhaven. Their son is being charged with the crime.

A woman suffering stab wounds to her neck, ran into the School Department headquarters at 128 Washington Street around 9:15. Police arrived on scene, and found the second victim next door.....

Police Sgt. Kevin Kobza says both victims were transported to St. Lukes hospital for treatment. Fire Chief Tim Francis tells WBSM News, the wounds are not life-threatening and both victims are expected to survive.

Taken into custody was the couple's 27 year old son. No names have been released.
