Snoop Dogg Launches New Jewelry Line with Rhode Island’s Carolyn Rafaelian
Is there anything that Snoop Dogg cannot do?
The world-renowned rapper, actor, and businessman has just announced his latest business venture, and he is calling on the expertise of a Rhode Island jewelry designer to launch a line of jewelry called Lovechild.
Who Is Carolyn Rafaelian?
Remember when every woman’s wrist was adorned with dozens of Alex and Ani bracelets? That was thanks to Carolyn Rafaelian. The popular jewelry designer launched her latest brand Metal Alchemist in 2022, a place where clean metals become a statement of art and soul.
Metal Alchemist is now the home of Snoop Dogg’s Lovechild collection.
“When Larry and gamma. connected Snoop and I, it was alchemy—pure creative chemistry,” said Rafaelian in a press release. “At Metal Alchemist, we walk our talk with high-quality American manufacturing right here in Rhode Island, using sustainable practices. With Lovechild, we are channeling the intention, energy, and legacy into something real, something you can carry with you and pass down.”

In collaboration with gamma., Lovechild is a new fine jewelry collection designed for personal empowerment, well-being, and iconic style that is rooted in American craftsmanship.
According to the press release, the name “Lovechild” was personally selected by Snoop.
“I chose to name the collection ‘Lovechid’ because I felt like the world is so full of anger and negativity and division, and I know that I lead with love,” said Snoop. “The news is quick to bring you bad news, so we are stepping in with a whole new force of love.”

What to Expect from Lovechild
Rhode Island is known as the jewelry capital of America. Every piece that Lovechild offers will be conceived and assembled in the Ocean State.
The rings, chains, and bracelets are made with Metal Alchemists’s optimized clean, wellness metals and each piece looks to tell a story.
“I don’t wear pieces that don’t represent who I am. Everything has to connect. I wanted to have a brand that could speak to every element that I am,” said Snoop.
Lovechild is now available for presale and the collection will be available in stores on December 6th.
