Marcus Smart to take Thomas' spot in the starting lineup for Game 3 of the team's Eastern Conference Finals match up with the Cleveland Cavaliers.

CSN's Celtics and NBA reporter A. Sherrod Blakely was first to report Game 3's starting lineup, which includes another change from Game 2.

After inserting veteran forward Gerald Green into the starting lineup on Friday night, in an attempt to create more scoring opportunities, the C's have decided to switch back to their bigger lineup, which includes Amir Johnson.

Boston is in a tough situation regardless of who starts between Green and Johnson as both their defense and offense have grossly underwhelmed so far in this series.

We'll see if the changes can make any sort of noticeable difference when the teams take the court tonight at 8:30, on TNT.
