Seamen’s Bethel Plaque Returned To New Bedford

A historic plaque honoring the region's whalers is back at the Seaman's Bethel in New Bedford.  It was remounted on Friday. The plaque was stolen in May. A week later, an anonymous caller told police he'd left the plaque near police headquarters.
