Rosemary Heath to Be Honored at Heroes Breakfast [Townsquare Sunday]
The American Red Cross Heroes Breakfast is an idea that started in New Bedford some 20 years ago. As the Red Cross has redrawn its coverage areas over the years, the annual breakfast is now located on Cape Cod and will be held on Friday, April 5. Hilary Greene, Executive Director of the Cape and Southeast MA Chapter visits with Townsquare Sunday to discuss the breakfast. She brings along one of this year's recipients, Rosemary Heath, the widow of GNB Voc-Tech teacher George Heath who died in 2017 trying to save a waitress who was being attacked.
