Rhode Island Neighborhood Has a Puzzling New Feature
A Rhode Island resident recently took the Little Free Library idea and put a puzzling twist to it that is genius.
We have all seen the little nooks in different communities where people leave books, known as "Little Free Libraries." I recently starting reading more so these have come in handy, not only for the books I have purchased and finished reading but for finding those hidden gem books that I wouldn't normally look for.
Well, for those who reading isn't really your thing, a new idea has come to a Rhode Island neighborhood: "Take a Puzzle, Leave a Puzzle."
Kathy Baker of Chepachet, Rhode Island shared on social media that it's become the talk of her neighborhood.
"My youngest daughter Tanner, who's the mastermind behind our community puzzle project, is eager to continue growing this project and welcome any suggestions or ideas that might help us expand and improve our community puzzle space," she said.
Baker and her three children just recently moved to Rhode Island from Texas and are settling into their community, and now are already giving back by starting this.

Puzzles allow us to slow down and bring the family together, unlike books, which are more of a solo activity. Right now, Baker has set up a waterproof bin and a sign but mentioned that her community has really taken a liking to this, and they have received lots of puzzles and even some books mixed in.
This is great idea and has me wondering if it's been done on in our area yet. Puzzles are a perfect way to pass the time during some of our winter weather events.
If you have seen one in your community, please send us a photo on our app and tell us where it is.
