Report: Knighton To Join Pats
It appears the New England Patriots have nabbed themselves another big name along the defensive line.
According to ESPN's Dianna Marie Russiniwho entered the league in 2009 with the Jacksonville Jaguars brought in to New England earlier this week for a visit with the team
Though Washington had been in the running to re-sign the 30-year-old, after he put together a solid campaign for the Redskins last year, it appears New England presented a better option for the defensive tackle.

In 108 career games, Knighton has made 230 tackles and 14 sacks. He has also been credited with three forced fumbles and 27 run stuffs.
