
Raynham Park Ordered To Pay For Simulcast Races
Raynham Park must pay Suffolk Downs for simulcast races.
The Massachusetts Gaming Commission determined with a unanimous vote on Thursday that it has authority to determine a resolution between Suffolk Downs Raynham Park over a dispute regarding simulcast racing.
The Commission then voted that Raynham Park has an obligation to pay Suffolk Downs three percent in simulcast revenues.
In a 3-2 vote the Commission directed Raynham Park to make the payments within thirty days.
