Following New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski's first pitch to David Ortiz at Fenway Park last night, teammate Julian Edelman knocked a few home runs during batting practice and even took some infield drills before Wednesday night's game against the San Fransisco Giants.

Edelman is coming off his second foot surgery in less than a year, but the wide receiver wasn't showing any signs of slowing down while on the field Wednesday afternoon.

According to WEEI's Rob Bradford, Edelman launched at least "six or seven" home runs over the Green Monster.

This looks like a great sign for Pats fans as the 2016 Training Camp is set to open next week.
