The offseason legal troubles continue for the New England Patriots. Cornerback Alfonzo Dennard was arrested on Thursday morning for driving under the influence.

Dennard was arrested in Lincoln, Nebraska, where he went to college. According to WLNE, Dennard refused a chemical test when he was pulled over by the police.

This arrest is a direct violation of the probation that Dennard was serving for an arrest in 2011. He hit a police officer outside of a club, and was sentenced to 20 days in jail, 24 months probation, and 100 hours of community service.

Dennard was drafted, and made his debut for the Patriots just last season in 2012.
