Houston Texans' defensive end Antonio Smith apparently thinks his team is the victim of "spying" at the hands of the New England patriots.

Despite Houston's 21-and-10 record and losses to losing teams like the Raiders and the Jaguars, Smith suggested yesterday that the Patriots' second half comeback against his team was the result of teams "spying on us or scouting us." Smith said the Texans made defensive changes last week that would not have shown up on film, and called New England's adjustments in the second half "pretty clever and pretty suspicious."

The Patriots trailed 17-7 before pulling out a 34-31 victory in Houston.
