Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick says he won't replace retiring U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder.

At an event today, the Governor released a statement saying the AG position is an important job, but not for him right now.

There was speculation Patrick could be tapped for the job because of his close relationship with the President.

Patrick is also traveling to Washington, DC today for a meeting with the Congressional Black Caucus.
