Parents And Students Applaud New Wood School

Perhaps the most positive comments about the new Wood School in Fairhaven came from the students themselves.....

Six year old Emma Bettencourt of Fairhaven commenting on the new school.  She will be a first grade student, starting this week.  School officials in Fairhaven held an Open House this weekend, welcoming hundreds of visitors.  Tom Hebert and his wife were touring the new school, and liked what they saw.....

Supt. Robert Baldwin says the $24 million school finished on time, and on budget.  Classes at the new school begin on Wednesday.
