Old Rochester Regional High School won the Division 3 Boys Basketball Championship on Saturday, defeating Hoosac Valley 61-47 at the DCU center in Worcester. The Bulldogs ended the year with a 23-3 record.

Freshman Noah Fernandes sparked a victory surge for ORR, hitting three 3-pointers in the second half and ending up the Bulldog's leading scorer with 20 points.  He also filled the stat sheet with seven rebounds, five assists, two steals and a block. Ryan Beatty added 12 and Jordan Menard had 11 points, ten rebounds and five assists.

Its the first basketball state title ever for Old Rochester.  Hoosac Valley has been in the title game three times, and lost all three.
