I just finished reading "No Easy Day" by Mark Owen, that's the fake name of the Navy Seal who was on the mission to kill or capture Osama Bin Laden. A friend of mine had read the book and asked if I wanted to borrow it. I asked him what he thought and he said it didn't live up to the hype.

I disagree! I thought it was a really good book.

It starts out with Mark getting ready to jump out of the helicopter into the compound in Abbottobad, then......it flashes back to how he got started in the Seals. In a way, I HATE THAT! I know why they do it and it works because it makes you wait and increases your interest in the story.

I found it all very interesting. How these guys train, what it does to their families and of course the mission was really something. I'm no security expert but I don't think he gave away any secrets.

I would recommend it and put it on the shelf of the "Pete Braley Book Club."
