New Miss America Clueless

I am a big fan of the Miss America program that gives women scholarships and opportunities to make great advances. That said, the newly crowned Miss America, Betty Cantrell of Georgia, obviously didn't know what she was talking about when asked by judges during the pageant whether Tom Brady cheated. At first, she responded, "I'm not sure." She said she really had to have been there to feel the footballs to make sure whether or not they were deflated. Then came the bomb. She said:  “If there was question there, then yes, I think he cheated.  If there was any question to be had, I think that he definitely cheated and that he should’ve been suspended for that because that’s not fair.”

She scored no points with Patriots fans and a mixed reaction at the pageant. In my opinion, she sounded like someone who answered a question without knowing the facts. In fact, she sounded a lot like Roger Goodell.
