The bad news continues to come in for New England Patriots' tight end Aaron Hernandez. Not only is he being questioned regarding the homicide in North Attleboro, now a lawsuit says he shot a man in Miami, Florida.

The lawsuit, filed last Thursday, alleges that Hernandez fired a weapon at  Alexander Bradley after an altercation at a strip club in Miami in February.

As the lawsuit states, Bradley and Hernandez left the strip club with two other people. While in the vehicle being driven to West Palm Beach, Hernandez fired a weapon in the direction of Bradley, striking him in the face. Bradley says that the injury from the gunshot has cost him vision in one eye, and needs more surgery as a result.

The lawsuit says that Hernandez was reckless, careless and negligent.
