New Bedford’s Ugly Sweater Crawl Supports Police Union Cycling Tour
Get ready to dust off the most hideous, over-the-top Christmas sweater you own. The New Bedford Police Union Cycling Team is bringing back its annual Ugly Sweater Pub Crawl, and this year’s event is shaping up to be a festive night out in downtown New Bedford.
On Saturday, December 6, the crawl kicks off at 5 p.m. at Rose Alley Ale House, where participants will begin their journey through some of the most popular downtown New Bedford hangouts. The night wraps up at The Vault, which will also host the after-party performance by The Great Escape, a Journey tribute band. Tickets are just $30.
Ugly sweaters are not just encouraged, they could win you a prize. Go all-in on your most outrageous holiday attire for a shot at taking home the title of “Ugliest Christmas Sweater," a flex this time of year.

Crawl for a Cause
Every dollar raised from this event supports the 2026 Police Unity Tour, helping the New Bedford Police Union Cycling Team honor fallen officers during their ride.
Holiday Fun From Start to Finish
Whether you’re in it for the crawl, the music, the prize, or simply a great night with great people, this event brings all the holiday spirit as well as the loudest sweaters.
