A new Bankrate.com report shows that over one-third of uninsured say they plan to stay uninsured! Why? Most say the insurance is too expensive. Others just don't like the law, period, or they feel healthy enough to avoid signing up.

The poll also shows seventy-six percent of uninsured Americans have no idea about subsidies that are aimed at lowering the price of health insurance. And about half said they have never heard about the ObamaCare enrollment deadline at the end of March, although some wriggle room is being made by the Administration.

Are people that out of touch with what's going on? The poll of 3,005 adults was taken from February 20 to March 9, 2014.

The high percentage of Americans having no plans to buy health insurance is problematic.
