Mayor Mitchell Takes Out Papers Seeking Reelection

New Bedford Mayor John Mitchell has taken out nomination papers for his re election. Mitchell says he has done a lot as Mayor and wants to continue to see the city improve.

The Mayor also said crime in the city has gone down and neighborhoods are cleaner than when he first took office. Mitchell says there is still a lot to do but the city has made great progress.
