Gov. Patrick is floating the idea that teenagers between 14-18 convicted of first degree murder be considered for parole after serving at least 15 years in prison.

Consider the family of the murdered person, what kind, if any, rehabilitation took place for the teenager, should young, violent offenders be given a second chance at life or should we lock them up for life until they die in jail? Please vote!
