Develop and maintain resources for families, provide appropriate programming and services to families with children, birth through age 8. Must have current drivers license and own transportation.

5.     Administrative #6839752 - This position is a 10 to 12 week assignment plus 2 weeks of initial training that could start in mid-March to May or possibly longer.
The job requires someone that can do what we call screen orders basically see what the order is asking us to do and ensure all components are available to be worked on
The job also requires someone that will do what we call breakdowns  which means that person will see what type of work is required, production art, digitizing or color picking  or a combination of and breakdown the orders so they can be move to the correct area. Must have excellent computer skills and able to open up software.

The Office/Accounting Clerk would be responsible for greeting customers, answering phones, assisting the scale office, accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing office supplies, and any other requests as necessary. The Office/Accounting Clerk must be detail oriented, have excellent customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a minimum of two years experience.
